- Other Websites: There are some other websites that claim to provide online services for downloading voter ID cards, such as voter-id.co.in and npsc.co.in. However, these websites are not authorized by the Election Commission of India and may not be reliable or secure. It is advisable to use the official websites mentioned above for downloading your voter ID card.
Voter ID Card Download
You can download your voter ID card online from the official website of the Election Commission of India. The voter ID card is also known as the e-EPIC, which stands for Electronic Electoral Photo Identity Card. It is a portable document format (PDF) version of the EPIC, which you can store on your mobile, upload on Digi locker, or print and self-laminate.

How to retrieve EPIC Number?
To retrieve your EPIC number, you can follow these steps:
- Visit the National Electoral Search website and enter your personal details such as name, age, gender, state, district, etc. You can also use your mobile number or email ID to search for your name in the electoral roll.
- If your name appears in the list, you can click on the “View Details” button to see your EPIC number and other information related to your voter ID card.
- You can also download your e-EPIC, which is a digital version of your voter ID card, by registering or logging in on the NVSP portal and entering your EPIC number or Form Reference Number. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, which you need to verify before downloading your e-EPIC.
Alternatively, you can also check your EPIC number on your physical voter ID card, which is printed on the front side of the card. It is a 10-digit alphanumeric code that serves as a unique identifier for each voter.
