ICSE Class 10 Exam 2017
The result of ICSE Class 10 exam is expected to be declared by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) on May 15, as reported by NDTV. Last year, the result was declared on May 6, along with the ISC Class 12 result. All those students who has appeared for the same are required to keep a strict watch at the official website www.cisce.org
Earlier, the examination was delayed after the Election Commission of India declared the state elections for five assemblies. The class 10 exam, which was earlier scheduled to begin on February 27, commenced from March 10 and concluded on April 21.
Last year’s result
Last year, Abineet Parichha from Odisha, who scored 99.2 per cent, topped the ICSE or class 10 exams.
The second position was shared by four students — Sudarshan R (Bangalore), Isha Sethi (Mumbai), Manan Manish Shah (Kandivali) and Jyotsana Srivastava (Lucknow) who scored 99 per cent. The third position has been shared by 10 students with a score of 98.8 percent.
The examination was conducted in 63 written subjects of which 22 are Indian languages and 13 are foreign languages. CISCE conducts Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) examinations.
