Haryana Police Commando Physical Admit card 2021
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission has issued a notice about Physical Measurement Tests (PMT) as well as Physical Screening Tests (PST), for the position of Male Constable (Commando Wing). According to the notice, Haryana Police Commando PMT and PST Admit Cards will be uploaded on 08 August 2021 on hssc.gov.in
The Haryana Police Commando physical exam will be as follows:

Haryana Police Commando PMT
Height:
- 175 CM – 05 marks
- Above 178 CM – 06 Marks
- Above 181 cm – 08 Marks
- From 184 CM to 10 Marks
Candidates with a height of less than 175 cm would not be eligible
Chest: 83 cms with a maximum expansion of 4 cm
Haryana Police Commando PST
The following three tests will be given, each with 10 marks. The total marks required for PST shall not exceed 30
- High Jump:More Than 137 Cm (best three chances) – 10 Marks
- Chin-ups Minimum 8 (face over the horizontal bar in every count) – 10 Marks
- Race: 2 km in under 7 minutes 30 seconds (timing usingRFID technology) – 10 Marks
Written test of 60 marks will be given to those who pass the HSSC Commando Physical Examination.
